Thank you for shopping at The Casual Twinkle. We hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to give us feedback, our customers’ opinions are important to us!

The conditions for accepting returns are as follows:

– All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all labels and tags attached.

– Items must be returned in their original packaging.

– Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order delivery date. Please note that returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

– Orders must be returned using our pre-paid return labels. If any other method is used, we will not be able to refund the return shipping charges and will not be responsible for any lost packages.

– Each order contains only one pre-paid return label, therefore items must be returned to The Casual Twinkle in one package.

– The return of orders by the customer must be made exclusively by the courier who delivered the order.

– The refund will be made through the same channel used for payment.

– Currently we do not accept returns for orders outside of Italy. If you are in another country and would like to return your items, please email us at hello@thecasualtwinkle.com.

The Casual Twinkle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. In these cases, the customer will have to arrange a collection at his expense to receive the package.

How do I start a return process?

f you would like to return your purchase, click HERE to begin the process.

Fill out the form and be sure to include all items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Your request will be approved within 2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can proceed with the shipment.

How do I ship the package?

You will receive the return label via email once your request is approved. All you have to do is attach it to the original package and send it to the courier indicated in the email.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Yes, but you can take advantage of our shipping service for the price of €10. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is received, the items will go through a quality control process which may take 3-5 business days. If the return meets our criteria, you will receive a refund within 10 business days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Can I make a change?

A refund is the only option available. To receive items in a new size, style or color, we ask that you proceed with the return and place a new order on our website.
